My parcel with tracking Id :D49718666 was supposed to be delivered on 22nd August 2022. It is 31st August today, and the same has not been delivered. I have followed up with DTDC multiple times and everytime they say parcel will be delivered today, but they don't. The parcel has a value of 9000 and is an ergonomic chair as I need to work from home. This is casuing me huge harassment, plus I am unable to carry out my office duties properly. Please help with this, and I believe I deserve a compensation for this harassment I am facing. The product has been at the DTDC Domlur branch (which is 2.5 kms from my home) since the last 8 days and even then they are not delivering the order. I have offered to pay more money / get to the branch and bring it home myself, still they won't deliver it. Was this information helpful? |
