DTDC Courier & Cargo — DTDC Parcel Missing from calicut as per tracking number | |||||
My friend has booked the DTDC courier at Thu, 16th Mar'17|19:33 Hrs having consignment no. (R[protected] from DTDC office, CALICUT, KERALA to pondicherry . Yet the parcel has not been delivered. I called calicut centre many times . But he always gave me some excuses. The parcel had CPU -Intel Xeon E3-1240 at 3.20GHz CPU which cost Rs 9200/-. Even though I sent too many mails to DTDC customer support but they didn't gave me response. Please do something about this matter. Since 10 days I am getting online status as the parcel is in DTDC calicut office.This was the first time when I sent parcel through DTDC and my experience with you is really really bad Was this information helpful? | |||||

very bad service from dtdc as the courier has not reached even after one week and also no information is given by service provider regarding it not even a phone call. rather on calling them they response very badly specially hoshiarpur branch.
