DTDC Courier & Cargo — dtdc plus late delivery and cheating | |||||
I have booked some important documents from nagpur to jabalpur on 30th may afternoon through dtdc plus service sonas to deliver in 24 to 30 hours but surprisingly they have not delivered it till 2nd june also. I booked it through dtdc owned outlet at swawlambinagar nagpur hence visited 2nd june afternoon to find the status then they told that the concern person has to collect from there jabalpur office personally. And then i told the person to collect it. When i asked about refund of money as per there norms they have not refunded money also not got proper response from the dtdc staff... Which shows that they are cheating the customers and making money in the name of dtdc plus service. They charged 310 rs and delivered it in 4 days that too after my followup If i would have send it by normal local courier also they might have delivered in 100 rs within 3 days.. Worst service of dtdc... Suggest everyone not to rely dtdc for your important documents They are just cheating Regards Ajay kumar Nagpur Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have one item with reference : H80823048. This item did not reach destination why? Iam not all happy with DTDC Courier service at all. I have booked the item at 5th lane Arundalpet, Guntur. As this is very urgent u cannot take so long time to deliver

I want this item to be delivered immediately.i will sue in consumer forum regarding your service to customers.
My courier consignment note no z62795858 booked from bhiwadi on monday dt 28/5/18 they commited me to deliver the courier on 30/5/18 morning positively and they charged me rs.110/- but my above mention courier not yet deliver on 31/5/19 up 12.18 pm its totally cheating with me i request to do the needful
