How could the courier person say that the 'not delivered (Address incomplete or wrong - (Cir)'. At the same address about a week ago, a package was delivered using dtdc only. The address is clearly mentioned on the parcel along with the phone number of both receiver/sender, don't you think it would be wise to call to look for the address. My parcel with consignment no- K31467165 was returned back to facility even without attempting delivery.. no call was received from the courier's end either. It is an important document and we need it urgently. It was returned today and it shows guwahati hub but the destination was of dimapur nagaland.
