DTDC Courier & Cargo — extra charge before delivery. | |||||
Hi, i had sent 3 packages through dtdc courier on 6th july 2017 from uk to india due to excess luggage. All the 3 parcels contain household goods only. On 14th july, i got a call and subsequent mail from dtdc personal asking 13, 329 extra due to bill of entry. As per my declaration, the content of the packages are only household goods. Also, i booked online for 70kg weight but the actual weight is 59.1 kg but they didn't return me the extra amount charged, which they supposed to as per the telephonic conversation. The awb no.
