I am writing to express my serious concern regarding my urgent parcel with Consignment No. R85776327. This parcel was shipped on 26th Oct 2024, with an additional premium paid for urgent delivery by 29th Oct 2024. However, it has now been 10 days past the delivery deadline, and I have yet to receive any meaningful update beyond the standard response that it’s "in transit." This delay has caused significant inconvenience, and it’s unacceptable that no one is available to address my concerns, either via phone or email +1 photos Was this information helpful?
