With respect to the incident where the goods were not delivered on time where the due date of delivery was[protected], I have been continuously escalating the matter to DTDC Customer care and officials. There was no movement in the goods concerned indicating that it might be lost in transit.
Furthur, after 15 days, since they were not able to find the goods, they fakely updated in the portal that the goods were delivered. In the tracking portal, they updated as goods delivered to nearest branch (15-20 kms away) from the delivery location on[protected] night as Follows
Reached the branch : 8: 51 pm (yesterday)
Out for delivery : 8: 57 pm (yesterday)
Delivered :9:01 pm (yesterday) - in 4 minutes
They were not even able to mention the delivery location properly and were able to update the delivery status without me sharing the OTP with them.
They are not even responding to mails and queries. They are able to update the status as delivered without me giving them the OTP is itself a serious lapse in the system. I received the OTP at that time of out for delivery but not shared, How could they get it, It is serious loophole and small customers can be get away with using these tactics by mid level officials.
