I wants to complaint lodge on dtdc customer service, no doubt your connectivity very good, my parents always send to food product me from kadapa to gurgaon, every time i received good. This time unfortunately i felt very sad, my parents send to me 1kg prawns (Dry fish worth /price 3k) its very expensive and valuable sea food. Bit of sweet, along with one small 100 grams of mango pickle, i am missing these valuable food in gurgaon so parents affection and lots of love your service connectivity through i am receiving from them happily. This time i didn't what i except from items has missed first there is no pickle, sea food what i received capture from camera attaching the file. Not worth of its 1kg, and missing pickle totally i lost my mind what i received what my parents send to me.
Now thing is my parents going to complaint on your branch kadapa location. Your going give worth of money what i do, how u solve this problem where actually happens plzzzzzzz do the need full. Worst service i never ever go for it, Was this information helpful? |
