DTDC Courier & Cargo — False updation of online tracking status | |||||
Hello Team, Your team members didn't make a call to me and no one come to my home to deliver the courier no C72541002. If I check the status of the parcel through tracking system online, the status is "Receiver Shifted" How can you update the false status without contacting the person and attempting to deliver at home?
