I have ordered my consignment no. H18610143 on 11 march 2020 by a online seller (Rc hyderabad) and selected dtdc air plus as delivery medium but alas! Its been nine days i have not received yet, i also called dtdc office today morning they raised a complain : no. 16365582, and instructed to contact near by dtdc franchise by giving number [protected] but they said they didn't have any parcel of this consignment number.

I humbly request dtdc to deliver my consignment by tommorow morning.

No details about my product.It shows fdm prepared on 19th December.Today is 21st still no response .The tracking id is C98221779 .It was shipped on 16th december.Please take actions soon
