DTDC Courier & Cargo — for non delivery of parcel at promised time

Address:Govindam Market, Near Kalyan Circle, Sikar, Rajasthan, 332001

We have booked a x Parcel containing Medicines vide Reciept No. V53588236 by DTDC Plus service on 07.06.19 from Sikar Rajasthan to Hyderabad. The dealer promised to deliver the parcel on 08.06.19 evening but still on 09.06.19 the parcel is not yet delivered and the delaer is not picking my phone also... we have paid the premium charges but are very disappointed after all this. For me its very bad experience and will not prefer DTDC in future and never recommend anyone.
