I had done a courier from mumbai to shivpuri on 10th august. But if i try to track the same, it is showing as the consignment number is invalid. Looking for a quick response from your side and a valid reason as to why the tracking number is not working even after 5 working days of courier. How will dtdc pay me the loss incurred because of delayed receipt of myparcel and irresponsible behavior of your employees.
