[Resolved]  DTDC Courier & Cargo — Fraud in Delivery (Delivery not received)

Address:201/1, Rajarhat main Rd, Dash Drone, Sukanta Pally, Rajarhat, Kolkata, West Bengal - 700136

The parcel is marked as delivered but I neither received a call from the delivery person nor received the parcel. I should at least have received a call from the delivery person before making a delivery. The product seems to be received by someone else whom we don't know. The details can be seen in the DTDC tracking using the tracking ID - U21953516. Delivery Worker name is Surajit Mukherjee

The Parcel was located at our neighbourhood, the delivery person who has previously delivered the item has helped us to find the parcel we have recieved the parcel. Thanks to the delivery boy and the entire dtdc durganagar team the issue has been resolved very quickly.
DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

The durganagar team has helped a especially the delivery person thanks to the entire team we have found the parcel in the neighbourhood. They have helped a lot
