I sent a parcel on April 7th 2018 to USA. Its a large wood Gopuram. It came chipped and damaged. This piece is very expensive and hard to repair.

I am very dissatisfied with the service we have been subjected to. Even before sending it, we had trouble. We had to call repeatedly for the status
of the package and were given no answers. The price that was quoted before shipment and the price later charged did not match.
Everyone we talked to directed us to someone else and no one gave us a straight answer. It was beyond frustrating.
This package was supposed to come in 3 days, but we didn't receive it until one month later.In the package they attached other customers Tax Invoice too. This is unacceptable.
This is a very expensive piece and we were expecting it to be sent in one piece, not chipped and damaged.
We are beyond disappointed and frustrated. We expect a solution.
We either want a refund for the shipping or payment for the damage repair.
