DTDC Courier & Cargo — Got damaged material from your end

Website:Got damaged material which is useless for me.

I have sent a courier to chennai on 21st december and gave 3700/rs for the same, but we got all things damaged.
Now just want to know one thing who will be the responsible for the same i sent some goods (Approx 29000/-rs) but all are damaged.
So i need my whole amount with courier charges right now.
I dont know what are you doing...
