With reference to earlier case no. Case# 11581495 and case#11568419, dtdc employee mr. Shashikant (M. No [protected]) has asked for all details and got dtdc claim form filled on 19th june, 2018.
It has been 2 months and there are no updates regarding claim has been approved or not as i am yet to receive consignment back and it was destroyed without information and prior approval as mentioned in earlier complaint. When i called mr. Shashikant, he said that i have already forwarded form to claim department and there are no updates after that and he is not will to share department contact details for delay in clarification and claim settlement. Employee himself says that go to consumer court as i cannot provide any help.
I am tired of delay in responses every time from dtdc side with no clarity whatsoever in grievance redressal and claim settlement deadlines. It's been almost 2 months and there is no clarity on case.
