DTDC Courier & Cargo — half of the consignment received and half not received

I have to get courier from lathur. ID no:D43907841 dated[protected]. I received courier on 4-9-2018 in my absence. I noticed that courier weight is 10kg. Unfortunately I received only 5kg weight books. Then I contacted eluru purna chandra rao. He said in Vijayawada also the packet weight noted as only 5kg. I asked for justice. In that packet I have to get three books and 3 dvd. Related to chemistry.
