DTDC Courier & Cargo — handset damage and miss behave by dtdc delivery boy | |||
[protected] courier person come in my place for delivery, at delivery time he damage my mobile by parcel. When i say for repair my damage handset then he deny for repair and do a miss behave with me... Dtdc is well courier service but how delivery boy was deal with me, it was very bad experiences for me.. I request you please take a serious step against him and provide solution to me... Consignment number k19972841. It's been almost 10 days over but the product is undelivered. Trying contact every branch but no one is responding. Worst Service by dtdc. Have sent on 6th, September

How it's marked as re resolved without any action still it's not been delivered
My product situation and consigment detail has been attached.
They said to refund my courier charge rs. 590 within 24 hours.
As it is passed they dont give any update and dnt take my calles.
Pls take action.
