On 6th August 2022, I sent a consignment from Delhi to Guwahati through Air Cargo, for which I was charged 1000 rupees. It was supposed to reach by 8th August and max by 9th August as per DTDC's air cargo policy as they charge a higher amount for that. It's the 13th of August, and after multiple complaints, DTDC has not responded even when their policy says that they will revert within 24 hours. My package was unattended by the Guwahati Lakra Apex since 7th August 2022, and it was said that the package would be delivered yesterday, i.e. 12th August 2022, as it went out for delivery. But the package was not delivered, nor did I receive any call from the delivery executive regarding my order, but they signed off failed delivery and mentioned "Not Delivered(RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE-(CIR))" while no call was made by the delivery executive and this is just pure lie and violation. Every morning I wake up and have to complain to their customer care which is just getting me more anxious and is just pure harassment from DTDC.
