Dear Sir, I have to get a parcel through DTDC courier service. one month back. But the item not delivered yet. The consignment number is C78515732 . So sent mail to customer support of DTDC. There is no response from them. And in turn they closed the case no 10663373 . Please help me to get the parcel. I have attached the photo of parcel which I got from person who sent it.
