DTDC Courier & Cargo — Hello

My friend send parcel from hyderbad on 8th july to pin - 516289.
The product recieved at cuddapah super franchisee and return to hyderabad. I have not recieved a single call from cuddapah dtdc office, this is really very bad. If they call i am ready to go to office and collect the parcel. I am requesting to team kindly send the parcel to cuddapah or proddatur (Pin - 516360) i will go to office and collect it. Parcel tracking number is h19493198
