DTDC Courier & Cargo — I am complaining about my parcel changed and damaged

Out of three boxes, one box is completely damaged. The box contained crockery, toys books and boxes. The contents of the original box was transferred into quite a big box which made all the things wobble and resulted into we had packed
Into it. It’s an ordinary box and DTDC is not written on it.
However the one I received had DTDC written on it and much bigger in size than our original box. Photos attached below.

So this confirms box was changed in between before
Delivering to us.
Could you please let me know how my damage will be
Recovered.
