Sir, We are regular customer of you. I sent a parcel urgently to indore from kanpur on 24 th july, 2017. I told it was very important and very urgent to send it before 28 th of july. The kanpur dtdc told us to book in fast category. So we booked this on dtdc fast courier (36 kg) service (Took rs.7554/- with insurance). But today is 28 th july. Our exhibition start now, till now our percel does not reach to our mentioned address. We are in great trouble or danger. Pls take necessary steps against them. DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 28, 2017 Updated by KARTIK MANNA we find our percel now. but pls sent us total details of journey vehicle. because they told us the percell was sent by plain abd they took according to air plane rate, but it was sent by train. pls help us to send journey details. we can back some money which they took from us.
