It's very very unfortunate to say that your current service is very much unsatisfactory and unprofessional to the customer. Your service is far from promise.
I have to courier very important documents by your prestigious courier service from Kolkata dtdc Centre to Bolpur, West Bengal and they assured to delever the next day and therefore suggest me for dtdc blue service with higher charge.
But they have failed to do so and they are also not cooperating.
So it's my urgent request to take necessary steps to deliver my courier as soon as possible.

Courier :B[protected] not yet delivered, the item is required critically.

Item dispatched on 11th febrauary from belagavi & in the tracking
website, it is showing the item has been received at destination & not out for delivery.

Please look into the same & deliver the product at the earliest.
