DTDC Courier & Cargo — I am complaining regarding my courier | |||
Respected sir I RANJU SINHA from Nashik is writing this complain regarding the delay in my courier . My courier has came from Ranchi around 5 days ago n I have not received it yet. DTDC us saying that the address is incomplete we gave the correct address as well as the contact number then also there is not any reaction to it. My dad had called 6 time to ur company they just ask about the doc no, he send the number by whatsapp and text msg but there was not any action taken regarding it. And today the person is not receiving the call he us ignoring are call. Sir in that parsel there are medicines which is urgently need to us. Because of the delay in the delivery of the parcel my dad had to get admitted in hospital. Sir plz deliver my parcel as fast as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
