DTDC Courier & Cargo — i didn't receive my medical equipment consignment yet booked on 21 may 2020 from mumbai to jaipur

I dint get my consignment yet containing a medical equipment needed on urgent basis, trusted on dtdc for faster delivery
Consignment no. D93266772 booked on 21 may 2020 from mumbai and has to be delivered in jaipur
And on second thing from 25 th may it is showing it is going to bangalore?
But why is it so?
I have made calls on costumer care but no satisfactory reply and no body revert yet to me.
Atleast provide me with some answer.
Please let me know when ill get my parcel.
