DTDC Courier & Cargo — i have not received my package.. but status is shown as received in tracking status

DTDC franchise office, Near renuka kalyana mandapam, chittoor 517001, Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh

One parcel was sent from hyderabad to chittoor through dtdc courier service. Tracking number is h18582732. Tracking status is shown as delivered in their website. Tried to contact local office through phone, but they are not attending phone calls. Shipment was made on 19
Feb 2020 and it appears to be delivered to me on 22 feb 2020. And also these local office people always call us to come to their office and pick up the courier instead of home delivery of the articles.
