DTDC Courier & Cargo — i haven't received my parcel from dtdc (balanagar branch) its over a month

Hi.. Its over a one month i didn't receive my parcel. I have made a complaint regarding this to the last tracking branch (Balanagar branch, hyderabad). They are saying that parcel was missing. Once again we will check inform you. But now they are not even responding to my calls. I have already raised complaint regards this. I want to know the status of the complaint. My tracking number h97720426.
