DTDC Courier & Cargo — i'm complaining about parcel which sent not delivered to the receiver

I sent a parcel on 23rd from gadag but it's been 5 days not reached to reciever, consignment no b52867284. Today my gf birthday it would have reached today though it's not reached, on tracking it's showing hyderabad hub, what is this i sent it to devanahalli located banglore please help in this regard. Please helm me to get this courier by recover where it should reach
