DTDC Courier & Cargo — IMAC display damaged through DTDC courier

I had courier the imac from rajkot to indore with double layer packaging with thermocol and after that DTDC rajkot also done another layer of packaging on that box.DTDC Charged 4080 rupees and told me that this will go through in special Quota for services that is 5 times than in normal courier.IMAC Received in damage condition with display broken.Were you guys playing with that box.How can almost 3 layer packaging box get damage? Is it your service after getting paid of high delievery cost.

I contact to DTDC courier and they are not taking responsibility.
