DTDC Courier & Cargo — important parcel not delivered even after 1 month

Hi have sent a parcel from kolkata to banglore with very important document regarding my visa on 27th july and till now it is not delivered. Everyday i kept getting fake update on tracker:- 1) out for delivery (Every morning) 2) consignment redirected — this status for 2 days 3) covid19 could not attempt — this status another 2 days 4) receiver requested delivery on another date - (Cir) — final status since last 7 days since than i am calling to them everyday and have to wait 20 mins to reach to customer care executive, but they give same answer that they will check with team and update (But they actually do nothing). I also tried raising query case (#[protected] in their system using their website form, but never got any response till now. I even used facebook messenger to get update but same response that they will check and let me know. Its been more than 1 month and still my parcel is not delivered. The parcel have important document regarding my id and visa of netherlands. I want to take action against them now for torturing like this and my financial and career loss. Recently they gave me number [protected] : i called them 4 times they pick my call and say they are checking and they just keep me waiting on call and continue working until i drop off. They have made a joke out of this. I am now planning to file fir against them for the loss they cause to me and the torture
