DTDC Courier & Cargo — improper behaviour of delivery agent

Delivery agent named dhirendra yadav (Patna) was rude and couldn't address the problem with the delivery. He just disconnected the call and didn't even cared about the delivery.
I was supposed to get the delivery on tuesday, and so after tracking the courier dtdc gave me the name and number of delivery agent. When i inquired the agent regarding the delivery, he just said that i have not received the delivery for that area and simply disconnected the call with arrogance. He didn't even spoke to me properly regarding the delivery and how i got his number.
I would like dtdc to take some action and so that these agents do their work properly.

We have sent consignment through express service by paying 500 rs.. because we were told from banglore it will reach hyderabad within 24hrs...but it reached after 3 days in the evening which is more than normal delivery time.request u to reimburse the express amount.

I have booked a courier on 5th August 2019 from jamnagar to Ahmedabad (consignment no. A[protected].But till the date no any status of courier.Not arrived or not returned.totally 3rd class service.
