DTDC Courier & Cargo — irresponsible and immature handling of valued customers | |||||
Myself cgo kamal k aggarwal, defence officer of ima dehradun. An emergency courier was booked from kolkata on 01 oct 18 as it was extremely urgent for us. Dtdc told us that it will be delivered within 48 hours, but it took 11 days to deliver the item to senior general officer of the indian army. Consignment no was d45323030. Even we went to dtdc franchise office in cannaught place dehradun to know about the status of the courier and the response was not good as they tried to shirk the responsibility on their local premnagar sub office. Moreover, while tracking the article on net, the dtdc portal was showing half/incomplete information of 05 oct to 08 oct 18. Even dtdc premnagar dehradun office had fed wrong information stating their rep visited the addressee on 09 & 10 oct 18. However, no one visited our office at all. We again approached connaught place dehradun office on 11 oct 18 wherein the officials have given us the mob number of dtdc office premnagar dehradun where our rep collected the article finally on 11 oct 18. The response of the dtdc at dehradun & premnagar both were not satisfactory. It needs more responsible and matured staff to handle their valued customers.
