DTDC Courier & Cargo — irresponsible behavior of staffs and long transit time of dtdc

My brother in law sent a courier from Agartala, Tripura to me through DTDC, Tracking no. K20463153, Ref no.[protected] on 12th August 2019.

Still its showing in Transit (Received at Facility on 16th August, 2019)!

I called several times to the phone no. [protected] of a staff (a guy) of Jalandhar branch. He gave me another number of other staff.

The lady (Phone no. [protected]) took my call only once and asked to call again after lunch time.

I called her 15-20 times after lunch time, but she never took my call again. Sometimes her phone was showing busy, sometimes waiting. But don't know why she didn't want to take my calls only.

Even the other guy didn't receive my calls.

I never expect such irresponsible behavior from the staff of company like DTDC.

So, please help me to get my my parcel.

Following two packets with dtdc code Z14275514 and Z14275515 were not delivered. The address is perfectly correct. Even after sending the nearest land marks the RAKHI is not delivered.

Could you please arrange for refund the charges and send apology letter.

I booked 3 Rakhis on 10th August 2019 for Bhopal and Jabalpur from Nagpur, today up to 15th ot has not been delivered.

Same thing happened last year also, by mistake my son this time also booked with DTDC, i will never book any courier with DTDC.

Also no contact number at the time of tracking.
