I ordered a product on asos.com on the nov 7, 2017 and the product reached delhi on nov 13, 2017. I got a call from dtdc customs asking me to pay duties. I made the payment on nov 16, 2017 and till now i have not received the product. They have not called and updated me or provided me a tracking number. Unbelievable how much inconvenience they cause. There is no email nor call from their representatives. When i call back to dtdc customs first they say product has been returned. After two days they say the product is stuck in mumbai waiting for kyc verification. Nobody has told me that i have to submit anything as part of kyc till date. I don't know where my product is.
