DTDC Courier & Cargo — Irresponsible handling of my logistic delivery, no knowledgeable staff

I had sent my consignment numbered g90021228 via dtdc on 1st september 2016 from mumbai to silchar (assam). as discussed with mr. himanshu singh, the courier was supposed to reach silchar by 10-12th september. on calling them again on 15th on non receipt, they said it will get delivered on 16th latest.
Dtdc's courier services is shameful and their staff's act, especially ms. deepa who happens to be the gec, never responded to the query of the customer.
It is 20th september 2016 today, and i still have not received my consignment.
Requesting everyone to avoid dtdc logistic services.

Over 5 days and the parcel is still at the hub. I filed a complaint to which they didn't respond for three days..It is an extremely urgent parcel. I'll sue if it doesn't reach me safely.
