DTDC Courier & Cargo — irresponsible work by dtdc service

I gopi dhamija my tracking id no is k20969073 and i found irresponsible service by your staff in gajraula... Because i saw my documents was already delivered on 26 august but i didn't get it even without any call or information regarding this.. And i was searching where is it and on 28 august i went dtdc office and than i got my courier this is only because of service man name mr. Abhishek who is working in gajraula for your service... Its important courier for me sorry but i already face more than 3 times your poor service so i never use your courier service... Thanks
