[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — item damaged delivered | |||
An electronic item was nicely packaged for courier (Awb no. B[protected]. This item was delivered in delhi on tuesday, 19th sep 17. The delhi company sent me photographs of the item delivered to them. I was shocked to see photographs, showing the condition of the received item. The photographs of the items are given below for kind perusal. From the photographs, you will notice: One corner is badly damaged causing dents. The panel is seen pushed out, damaging the electrical interconnections. The item has been very badly handled. The delhi company will be carrying out the following additional tasks: A) replacement of the damaged box by a new one. B) re assembly of the electrical modules in the new box and carryout functional tests. Thus, solely due to your errors, i will have to pay the costs towards above-mentioned tasks, for no fault of mine. Yesterday, i went to the dtdc office and showed photographs to the person in office. I was connected to mr. Sudhakaran, the incharge. I spoke to mr. Sudhakran, over the phone. Surprisingly, he was blunt and made unconvincing statements. He asked me to send photographs through whatsapp to him and said he will come back to me. In spite of sending the photos, he has not bothered to come back to me, till now.
