DTDC Courier & Cargo — item not delivered (address incomplete or wrong - (cir)

I have sent a courier from allahabad to pune (Zip-411057) on 27th july 2020 with the consignment number v58550044. This has very important accessories and the online tracking now says not delivered (Office closed or door lock - (Cir). I gave 2 alternative numbers in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me on any of the day for delivery and now says not delivered. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. I could only see this when i tracked it even though i went online and registered my phone for tracking. They haven't given me any details about my courier. How do i get it back? No customer care numbers or office numbers available. All numbers online seem to be wrong. They are very important accessories and need to reach as soon as possible and this kind of irresponsible service is outrageous.
