I have sent a courier on 29th of September 2020 and till now (10 Oct 2020) it was not delivered and there is no proper response from customer support

What is the status of the complaint and why it was not resolved till now?

How many times do i have to call the customer care. Such a bad response i have never seen in my life.

If you are not able to provide the services please close the company and do not waste other valuable time. And on top of that you say in Ads things will get delivered in time.
