DTDC Courier & Cargo — item not delivered yet

I had booked a courier from dtdc from hanuman junction, andhra pradesh to bangalore, on air following consignment number v58265492 and at the time of booking i was told by the dtdc agent that the consignment will be delivered in 1-2 working days maximum but its been almost 4 days and yet my parcel is not delivered and there is no proper support from dtdc to address my issue, i am trying to track my consignment from past 1 day and its showing the same dress again and again but the parcel is still not delivered. I called the support team and also written an email to the support team but there was no response, i am still not sure where my consignment is and when it will be delivered and there is no support for a customer to properly track the consignment or to know why the consignment is delayed.
