[Resolved]  DTDC Courier & Cargo — Item Tracking shows Delivered But I have Not Received the Item

My wife's highly critical package with tracking ID K56018355 was shipped from Durgapur to Kolkata. The item tracking shows 'Delivered Successfully' today 09/June/2022 at 7:48PM but I have NOT received the item. I want to know where my parcel is, where it has been delivered to and I need the parcel to be delivered to my address immediately . Attaching screenshot of item tracking.

Complaint marked as Resolved 
After thorough follow up and calling DTDC I was able to get in touch with DTDC guy who was had the parcel. They did not deliver and had market it as delivered on the tracking. I received my item today that is 10/02/2022.
DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
