Hello! My tracking number is v71136331. I've made online booking through dtdc on 27th june 2020 (Door pickup service) from banglore to hyderabad (Im receiver). I've chosen premium (Also paid risk surcharge) as the product getting delivered early was important (Item supposed to be delivered by july 1st 2020). I've been waiting for so many days and after calling customer support and raising a number of queries finally one day i recieved a message saying my shipment is out for delivery (With delivery guy number) so i called the delivery guy and asked him when he's coming to deliver the package. He said that it's not his zone to deliver and provided his office number (Chintalkunta checkpost dtdc) i've asked them and they said that the item has been delivered to the address on it. The customer who recieved the product has received the correct package (Item which he was supposed to recieve, in his case it was mobile and my product is an hard-disk). That office guys said that they recieved an item with some address (Which was not my address) and my tracking number on it, so they delivered the package to that address and it's been updated to my tracking id. I've been raising queries on website, calling customer care daily but no resolution as of yet is provided to me, all the response i get back from customer support is that they're gonna send me an update by that day and i'll get a callback from them which i never got (No update nor any callback). Im tired of explaining this continuously each and everyday to customer support and writing all this on website query. They don't even give me status of my product and i have to call them for everything. I call hyderabad customer care guys and they ask me to call banglore customer support, when i call banglore customer support they ask me to call hyderabad and vice-versa. I don't know what more to do. Im still waiting for my product. Im severely regretting choosing dtdc service. The customer support number they provided is a sham, e. G. It says you're on que no 15 and we need to stay online until our turn, when it reaches que no 1 the call gets disconnected. Customers have to go through this hectic process for hours to get connected. Still they won't provide any resolution. And they even asked me to go visit their office in whitefield, banglore. So i've sent the sender to the office, when asked about this in office they've replied that it's not their concern and i should ask customer care guys or go visit the main branch. The customer service is the worst, from past 20 days i've been calling them each and every day spending more than 2 hours on phone and no resolution is provided yet, they won't even give proper response to customer. Ive mailed many times to [protected]@dtdc.com, yet no response. Ive raised more than 20 queries on website still no response. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
