DTDC Courier & Cargo — Item went missing on delivery | |||||
Hi team, I had sent a courier from 560050(bangalore) to 831011(jamshedpur) via DTDC and all items were received except one lipstick which went missing from the box. I want to register this issue as a complaint. Please address to my query asap. I have sent this courier on Monday. The box contained medicines and few cosmetics in which one lipstick went missing. This is something weird as this has never happened with me since I frequently use DTDC courier services. ~Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
