I m a regular customer of dtdc but from sometime you people are not proving services on time
Tracking id - k16497169
It was shipped from guwahati and reached valsad and the courier boy mentioned that could not find the address then area not serviceable and there already 2 or 3 more couriers were couriered and has reached the client through dtdc before
Why this time
Please look into the matter and send that courier again to the client

Consignment no K16479623 was booked from guwahati to dimpaur on 27th. As per the web tracking it s out for delivery since 29th nov, but has not been delivered till now. When is the delivery happening ?
