DTDC Courier & Cargo — Its lost my consignment

I booked a consignment through DTDC Adarsh nagar. from Jaipur to Dharwad in Karnataka.. but some circumstance order has cancelled by buyer.. then Again I booked order from Dharwad to Jaipur.. on same AWB no Z11275948. It was RTO.. after that.. on 31 Jan it was successfully came in APEX Branch in Jaipur.. after that. I called to Apex for asking where is my consignment. then it said we have sent to Adarsh Nagar branch.. after that.i Called to Adarsh Nagar Branch then. IT said . we have not received yet.. they both branch are not helpful to me..
so what i do.. where is my consignment.. and how could I find that...Please help me..
