DTDC Courier & Cargo — Lack of communication regarding courier despatch

I despatched 4 boxes as a courier from delhi to jamalpur, bihar on 11/07/2020 with a consignment number of d91654317. Till 17 july, the status showed that the consignment reached the munger hub which is the district of jamalpur, and even after 1 week of it reaching to the hub, the courier has not been provided to the given address. There is a complete negligence on behalf of all the workforce and no communication can be achieved at the district hub facility. My complaint is regarding the timelagging and lack of sincerity and work ethics showed by the people.
