DTDC Courier & Cargo — lack of sense o[censored]rgency | |||
Courier number v50068898. Sent on 5dec2018. Supposed to reach hyderabad by 6dec2018. Paid inr.1940 with a promise that it reaches hyderabad on 6thdec. Till now it did not reach. Dtdc courier speed categories are bogus and just to lure customers to cough up more money. Courier guy and dtdc customer service are blaming each other and in the middle we are left helpless with no service and loss of money. Was this information helpful? | |||
