DTDC Courier & Cargo — late delivery with no information

Important documents from new delhi sent through dtdc not received way past the stipulated period - sent on the 7th november 2019 and today is the 11th of november 2019. Tracking no. Z16119594 and cause shown is invalid and got up - the various dtdc numbers on their website are ringing but they refuse to receive; tracking data has not been updated between 9th to 11th. This is extreme harassment for customers. What would be the redressal for this? Please help connect with the company and ensure that the package is delivered.

My courier no is K21891510 .Last status showing restricted entry- OTR. It was booked from patna On 5 th November. today is 10 th . please send it as soon possible.and please pick up ur phone as that is not for show business.
