DTDC Courier & Cargo — led tv broke and two items not delivered

Address:20th c cross, ans residency, ejipura, 560047

Hi i had a parcel to be delivered from punjab to bangalore including total of 7 items. While includes led tv, refrigerator, washing machine, grinder, rice, oil can, and home groceries.

Out of which they have delivered only 5 items with led tv broke and oil can groceries still not delivered.
It's almost a month over i am in regular contact with them but no results.

Please help.

I booked docket no. Z 40317624 from Dharmsalla Himachal Pradesh to Lucknow and not reached so far (after 10 days) On query I was informed will reach you today and also delivery boy details provided.
I dialed several times but he did not pick.
It happened earlier also in Sept 2019 and at that time informed same and ultimately not delivered.

Mera cheque Dtdc Courier se aya tha but Dtdc agent ke fears nahi laya gaya aur mujhe 30 km dur bulaya ja raha tha.
Lane ke liye 500 rs ka donations manga ja raha tha

Lane ke liye 500 rs ka donations manga ja raha tha yah kai customer ke sath dtdc agent kar chuka hai donations nahi dene par item return kar deta hai.
Sudhar nahi hota hai to Dtdc se items mangwana chhod diya jayega
